3. Confidentiality All information submitted in this application will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating the applicant’s suitability as a distributor.

4. Evaluation Criteria Space AI Nigeria Ltd reserves the sole right to assess applications based on financial capacity, operational readiness, market experience, reputation, and any other factors deemed relevant.

5. No Obligation Submission of this application does not obligate Space AI Nigeria Ltd to appoint the applicant as a distributor or to enter into any business relationship.

6. Compliance If appointed, the applicant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including but not limited to pricing guidelines, brand usage standards, and reporting requirements.

7. Misrepresentation Any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of material facts in this application may result in immediate rejection or termination of any subsequent distributor agreement without liability.

8. Changes Space AI Nigeria Ltd reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this application process at any time without notice.

9. Acceptance By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
