Distributor Allocations:

Distributor 1 – South West Nigeria 15 Pinoy e-Jeepneys, 6 E-Trikes

Distributor 2 – South East & South South Nigeria 12 Pinoy e-Jeepneys, 5 E-Trikes

Distributor 3 – North & North Central Nigeria 8 Pinoy e-Jeepneys, 4 E-Trikes

Objectives:

• Facilitate co-owner onboarding
• Provide operational support
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations

Minimum Commitments:

• Deploy at least 60% of vehicles in the first 6 months
• Execute local marketin
